Todd came to Northbrook in February 2003. Todd earned his Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees at the University of Michigan in 1993 and 1995, respectively. While at Michigan Todd’s primary areas of study included: organ performance, choral conducting, orchestral conducting, theory, pedagogy, composition and classical répértoire. His list of honors and awards is impressive.
Todd is also the owner of Cambridge Recording, a multi-track recording facility in Royal Oak, Michigan. Since Cambridge Recording’s beginning in 1995, Todd has completed more than 2000 projects using cutting edge computer-based hard disk recording technologies.
In addition, Todd serves as an Adjunct Instructor of Music at Rochester College, a liberal arts college in Rochester, Michigan. At Rochester College he has taught Music Theory, Music History, Ear Training, Sound System/Recording Technologies, Private Piano, Class Piano and Keyboard Harmony.
Todd has a strong computer background with experience in building and modifying network systems, MIDI applications, music notation applications and web-authoring to name a few.
Todd lives in Royal Oak with his wife Lisa and three children, Julia, Adrienne, and Aaron.
